LSC Enrichment of Coaches, a plan for outreach from ISCA and its webmaster

Some LSC's are being hit harder than others.

Low-cost enrichment for coaches makes sense as teams are on a holding pattern and out of the water.

1. If ISCA gets a payment of $48 into a quick payment link.
2. If ISCA gets the names and email addresses of 12 high school or club coaches (not 11, not 13), onto a form.

Then, ISCA will:

• Grant SPECIAL access from now until December 1, 2021, to the Global ISCA Library for Members for the 12 swim coaches identified upon the submitted form. These 12 coaches form a learning pod.
• Individual within the 12-person learning pod can be: head swim coaches, assistant coaches, scholastic coaches, swim-lesson teachers, lifeguards, aquatic directors, PE teachers, or swim boosters / administrators (who one-day may find themselves in or supporting a coaching role).
• All in the learning pod get a subscription to ISCA Monthly NEWSLETTER, via Constant Contact. Folks can unsubscribe at any time. Subscriptions last indefinetly.  
• All in the learning pod get to use a special code for quick payment to enter the International Virtual Run / Swim Championships, saving $5 off. Code can be freely shared with others such as familes and teams.
• All in the learning pod get to use a special code for quick payment with a special entry fee into the two open water swims on Oct 4 and 5, saving $5.00 to any and all that participate. Bring as many participants as desired. Entries for the USA Swimming's National Championships, 5K and 10K, not eligible for this 
• The first LSC that signs up a learning pod with 12 coaches gets 12 copies of a printed college swim workout book, $240 value. Shipping of one box to one address.
• Every organizer who submit the payment, names and contact info for a learning pod, joining the program, gets one copy of the printed college swim workout book, $20 value. 
• All individuals within the learning pods that make significant contributions to the crowdsource efforts within the Global Library for ISCA Members get rewarded with an additional 3 months of extended time, to March 1, 2021.
• All the members of the learning pods get invited to regular Zoom calls, at least MONTHLY, hosted by ISCA with various insightful presenters. Zoom call aims to present ways to keep swimmers and students engaged with the sport. Plus, expert guests and mini-clinic on various topics are going to be scheduled. Events to happen in September, October, November and December, 2020.
