Diversity discussions with Doug

Checking in with the 7 pm Sunday meetings hosted by Mike of Buffalo

Mike S is doing a great job at pulling people together. 

Jennifer has been present the last two meetings and talk surfaced about the ASCA Board.

A few others have come in-and-out of the meetings.

Mike does not want to record those meetings.

Fact:

• In 2019, USA Swimming Membership Data says 1.7% of non-athletes were African American.  Total of 715 with 300 females and 415 males.
