Jot Form is sorta sweet. But, ISCA is pushing the upper limits of the free plan capacity

JotForm has a free plan, but it seems as if ISCA has a paid plan. The monthly charge is half due to being a nonprofit.

Update: ISCA has a BRONZE plan with JotForm. So, ISCA must be paying a monthly fee. Does $15 per month sound correct? 

The limits are 100 monthly payments and 1,000 submissions. So, if and when an event becomes more popular, there will be an additional payment required, but up only by $5 per month. That allows up to 1,000 monthly payments and 10,000 forms. Plenty of room then. 

I might have alternatives in a bit. But, let's move along with this for now.

Perhaps the limit with the free plan is why the Open Water Swim form was not on the site? As it is with bronze, we're allowed to do 25 forms.
