Legacy email showing up in Woo email sales confirmation…. Where oh where?

Issue needing a pointer from the Woo Wiz kids: 

The email confirmation sent to a customer after a sale has legacy email address of the former webmaster displayed. Red circle show 'staging' and the email with that .xyz domain isn't mine. Using WP, Woo, Pair.com. 

Where is that setting?
