Program Guide for SKWIM in North Park in August, 2019

Title: SKWIM & Water Polo Aquatic Game Play

When: August 5 to August 16, 2019, from 10:30 to noon (any AM time works, similar to swim lessons. Hope for 60 to 90 minutes) Where: North Park Swim Pool  (middle of pool, beyond swim lessons. Will set up lagoon / boundary with floating lines (our equipment) and weights on corners. Cost: $25 per week or $50 for two weeks. Register via www.AlleghenyCounty.us/parkprograms. Size: Minimum = 8. Maximum is 80. Info: Play SKWIM, a game similar to water polo, but with a disk, no contact and with fins. Aquatic Jamborees. Plus compete with other squads. Ideal for cross training for varsity and middle school athletes, competitive swimmers, pre-season water polo and those who have gone beyond the basic swim lessons.
