Questions to ponder in an affiliate relationship

Is the affiliate's info product something your people want or need? Is this something you cannot create on your own, because the topic is outside my wheelhouse? Does this do a great job of teaching its subject? Does something like this already exist? Is it available right now? Is there no need for me to have a program on the topic of my own? Is the creator someone I know, personally or through their reputation? Are you convinced the creators are credible experts? Ideally, as a subject matter expert, the creator has oceans worth of knowledge about the topic and also has real-world experience with it. From reputation, experience, or both, I know the creators to be ethical, honest, and customer-centric. Do they put the best interests of my community (of coaches, clients, swimmers, subscribers) ahead of their own? The product comes with a strong guarantee. If not satisfied, one can return everything for a full refund--no question asked. The product has a price point and commissions high enough to justify our site to the devotion of the sales investigation and on-going communication that it presents? Do we frequently share free offers of great content with our communities, with or without commissions.
