Obtain offer letter / MOU (memo of understanding) for head guard / pool manager position. Recruit lifeguard staff. Resolve the training for the lifeguard staff at early summer date(s). Check out Ioby.org for a crowdfunding effort. Outline a list of possible projects for summer 2018.
