In complete defensive mode of the sport and the culture. I realizing that that a big part of the problem is the inability to recognize that there is a serious issue. There should be no tolerance for abuse in the sport. I want to play my part and help weed that out. Ills of some make what all the good people are doing for the sport look incredibly bad. Individuals should be held accountable at the top levels of the sport. That victims should have never been re-victimised by a legal strategy. Some do nothing in order to protect the brand and perhaps, jobs of others. I do not want to apologize for being part of a staff and for having a team association with coaches that ignore the signs of folly and even abusive coach who have exercised willful blindness. Victims and victims advocates love the sport of swimming and want to see the denial disappear and a real solution.

Customers / leads / future clients don’t really care about experience or credential. Rather, they care about relevance and how much you understand their exact situation. Ask, “What niche are you targeting?”
