A webmaster vanished and I'm talking over a nonprofit website for a friend. The plug-ins include Woo and Woo Commerce Subscription Download. Is there a license key in your records for SwimISCA.org = International Swim Coaches Association?
We don't see any subscription activations for SwimISCA.org. It might be possible in two cases: - this site is not connected to WooCommerce.com account with active license in WooCommerce > Extensions > WooCommerce.com Subscriptions
- license for your extensions lapsed already

Now, our WP shop is with plug-ins: Woo (of course), but asking about WooCommerce Memberships and WooCommerce Subscriptions Download.Do we, SwimISCA.org, International Swim Coaches Assocation, have a license for that? When does it expire? Can up update? What is the license key? Can't tell from here where to look or find it.
It's tough when people disappear like that! Here's what I would recommend. - In your WordPress dashboard, go to WooCommerce > Extensions > WooCommerce.com Subscriptions.
- If the site is connected to WooCommerce.com, on the right-hand side there will be a button that says "Connected to WooCommerce.com."
- Hover over that button and see what email address is used on the site.
 (Link to screenshot: https://cld.wthms.co/NcTGhP) - Let us know what email address is connected to the site. We can look up the account from there.
If the site isn't connected to WooCommerce.com then that would leave a couple of options. - Get in touch with the departed webmaster and ask them to transfer the subscription to you. That would let you control the subscriptions under your account.
- If that's not possible, then the next option would be to purchase the extensions. For security reasons, I can't transfer a subscription from another user's account without their permission. If the user who purchased the subscriptions isn't willing to transfer, the only alternative would be to purchase them.
